End-To-End Encryption
Beam2Support is completely secure. Your session information transmitted between computers is compressed and encrypted using 256-Bit AES encryption to ensure that your sessions are always secure.
Użytkownika Autoryzacja
Sessions can only be started with a unique user name and password. For each session, we generate a unique random 9-digit session ID.
Sesji Password
You can specify an additional session password. Your customer has to enter the session ID and the session password to join your session.
Wyraźna Zgoda
The customer has to explicitly agree to transmit the computer screen and to grant remote control rights. It is not possible to view or control the computer screen without the explicit consent of the customer.
Wyłączenie Zdalnej Kontroli 
Each user can disable remote control and regain full control at any time.

We offer inexpensive flat-fee-pricing. You can host an unlimited number of sessions for any duration of time for one low flat fee. Your customers always connect for free.

Before you purchase Beam2Support, you should select the license type and determine the optimal number of licenses. The following explanations will help you make a decision:

Typy Licencji
We offer two different license types: single-user-license and shared-user-license.

With a single-user-license, you can use the Beam2Support software on one desktop and one notebook computer. Several users either need individual single-user-licenses or a shared-user-license.

With a shared-user-license you can use the Beam2Support software on up to 10 computers within your company and several users can use the Beam2Support software, but only for one session at a time. If you want to start several sessions at the same time, you need additional shared-user-licenses.

If you decide to buy single-user-licenses, each user will get their own user name. If you decide to buy a shared-user-license, you get one user name that is shared among several people.

All prices are per month. We offer 1-year and 2-year leasing contracts. The fees are prepaid in advance for the entire contract period. You can save 20% with a 2-year contract. The leasing contract includes hosting, support and updates. The setup fee is € 50 per license. Leasing contracts renew automatically. The notice period for cancellation is three months before the end of the contract period.
